For over 20 years, I have been obsessed with one thing: how the human body moves—and how to make it move better.
My journey into the world of professional Pilates began in 2004. While many fitness trends have come and gone since then, I chose a different path: a path of deep, international certification and biomechanical science.
By 2008, I shifted my main focus to Reformer-based training, and I haven't looked back.
